Temporary Perm
Method |
|
|
The Temp Perm Method will only
allow you to keep your unperm dupes for that game ONLY. You MUST repeat the
Temp Perm Method for EVERY game in order for your dupes to never disappear.
The Temp Perm Method:
1. Open a trade window with another player.
2. Click Cancel to close trade window.
3. Save + Exit immediately after closing your trade window.
4. The above will work every time, just do not forget to do it every game to
be safe.
PS:Remember to make sure you have the trade window up before cancelling the
trade window and then exiting game. If no one trade with you in game , just
quick fast.

How to run 2 or more Diablo II windows with
D2Loader on the same computer? |
This is a
way to run Two or More Diablo II windows with "D2Loader" on the same
computer.
You need:
2 CD keys(or more) for BNet
D2loader.exe
D2cdkey.exe

1.Using D2CKEY cd-key changer to make 2 .mpq files.
2.Name them as cdkey1.mpq,cdkey2.mpq.And put them in your Diablo II
folder.
3.Download D2loader.exe from link above,copy it to your Diablo II
folder also,create a shortcut of it in desktop.
4.Right click the shortcut,choose "Properties",go the panel
"Shortcut".
5.In Target column,add any parameters you want.
Parameters details below:
-w Run in windowed mode.
-ns Disable sound (warning, can cause some crashes)
-nohide Don't hide the Diablo II window when losing focus.
-res800 Start at 800x600 (avoids window moving off-centre on load)
-sleepy Call sleep(1) to avoid D2 using 100% CPU time.
-altcolor Change color of monster health bar.
-title "foo" Set the Diablo II window title to foo.
-mpq foo.mpq Load foo.mpq (useful for additional CD keys)
-skiptobnet Skip straight to the BNet login screen.
For example:
in Target original is: "C:\Diablo II\D2Loader.exe"
add some parameters after it,like:
C:\Diablo II\D2Loader.exe -Skiptobnet -mpq cdkey1.mpq -w -sleepy -nohide
-title d2 -ns
(Note: must delete the " " and there must have blank in each
parameter)
6.Click "Ok".Done!Now you can run a Diablo II window which load
cdkey1.mpq to connect BNet by using that shortcut.
7.Follow above to make the 2nd shortcut using -mpq cdkey2.mpq,you can
run the 2nd diablo II window which load cdkey2.mpq.
(Note: if you got more cdkeys,just make more cdkey.mpq like
cdkey3.mpq,cdkey4.mpq,and more shortcut using different .mpq,then you can
open more d2 windows in same computer) |
