1.Technical problems?
Ans:In case of any problem using our site, the following fixes may help initially: 
choose Tools from the menu bar of your Internet Explorer and select Internet Options. Then, select 'Clear History' and 'Delete Files'to empty your cache. Exit the options, close your browser and start
your Internet Explorer browser again. If this does not help, reboot your PC. Please also ensure that your browser settings allow 'cookies'. 2.How long does it take to get my items once I've paid?
Ans: Most orders will be delivered within 3 hours of the time they are placed. Some orders may require extra verification which might cause a delay. If we need extra information from you, we will ask. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours of the time you placed your order, please write to us. We have staff delivering items around-the-clock 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
 
3. is the items on d2sale legit will it poof?
Ans: Most item on d2sale are perm will never poof , unperm items we will note "unperm" on item title.We will NOT replace any unpermed items which poof; we will NOT have sympathy for you if you tell us a story about how your poofing item ruined your life etc. What we will do is tell you to pay attention to what you buy since all unpermed items are clearly marked that way and you choose to buy them anyways
 
4.Can I work for your site?
Ans: We're currently not looking for any empolyee to work for us, but we do appreciate your interest.
 
5.Does d2sale buy or trade items ?
Ans: We're currently not trade or buy any items now.
 
6.What type of delivery method do you offer?
Ans:By default we will send your order via a mule. we also offer in game transfer , just simply contact live help for in game transfer .
 
7.It's been over 48 hours and no information about my order!
Ans:If you've not heard anything from us after 48 hours of payment , A quick way to tell if your email provider may be blocking our emails is if you got an order confirmation from us once you finished making your payment. If you did, then it should be working and you need to contact us as there could be something wrong with your order . If you never recieved an order confirmation from us and supplied us with the correct email then you're probably blocking us (maybe not on purpose, but that's the general reason)
 
8.Do you guys give repeat customers discounts or bonuses?
Ans:At some shops, if you're spending less than $50 you'll never get a bonus and we think that's crazy. D2sale always offer best promotion bonus for our customer , just check the realm main page .
 
9.Can I send cash payments to you?
Ans: Sure , d2sale currently accept paypal , money order , cash , western union as payment method . you can check payment page for more information .
 
10.Do you provide Diablo 2 Classic or Expansion items in your store?
Ans:All of our items are for Diablo 2: Lord of Destruction Expansion. We've never dealt with Classic and have no immediate or future plans to do so. If this changes, we'll update this FAQ and probably make a news post.
 
11.I lost the password to my user account, how do I get it back?
Ans:You can retrieve your user account password by forget password and following the steps provided.
 
12.My item is not the one in the picture, what is the deal?
Ans:All pictures are merely samples of the item to give you a graphical image of what it will look like and the stats associated with it. We cannot possibly list real screenshots of every single item we have in stock due to the immense variable ranged (often multiple) stats each item can have on it.
If your item lists a range (ie, Heart of the Oak 30-34 Res) and the picture shows a +38 that's just to show a HOTO, you will get a 30-34 Res
 
13.Using Visa or American Express Gift Cards on PayPal.
Ans:One of the most popular gift card questions online is whether one can link prepaid gift cards like the Visa gift card to a PayPal account. The short answer is If your gift card have a Visa or Mastercard logo on it. You will need to register your Gift card online with your name and address before you can use it online or at paypal.
If it looks like a normal CC number, and has a 3 digit security code, it 'may' work - without a billing address tied to the account, gift cards could possibly fail some of the security checks.
 
Now, the long answer: Yes, it is possible to link a prepaid gift card like the Visa or American Express gift card to a PayPal account but for this to happen, you need to pray and hope that PayPal does not require you to go through their Expanded Use verification process. To better understand why, you first need to be familiar with the process for linking a credit card to a PayPal account. When you link your credit card to a PayPal account, PayPal will attempt to confirm your address with your credit card company. If the credit card company is not able to confirm your address, then you may be asked by PayPal to complete their Expanded Use enrollment process in order to activate your credit card.

Expanded Use verification means PayPal will charge your credit card a small about. Next to the charge will be a unique, randomly generated 4-digit Expanded Use code. If you have online access to your credit card activity, the charge and code will appear on your card activity in approximately 2-4 business days. If you do not have online access, you must wait until you receive your statement in the mail to get the 4-digit code. If you are adding a debit card to your PayPal account, your 4-digit Expanded Use code will be printed on your bank statement next to the charge.

Once you get the 4-digit code, you have to return to your PayPal account to enter the code per instructions from PayPal. Once completed, and PayPal confirms that you entered the correct code, you will now be able to use the card for PayPal transactions. The Expanded Use verification process is designed to protect you against fraud by verifying that the person attempting to use the credit card actually owns the card. PayPal will later credit the amount charged to your card to your PayPal account.

Now, here lies the problem with using prepaid or bank issued gift cards. If PayPal is unable to verify your address with the gift card issuer, then you may be asked to go through the Expanded Use process. Since most prepaid gift cards do not issue monthly statements or provide online access to gift card transactions, it will be impossible to complete the Expanded Use process. Also, it is not a good idea to call the credit card or gift card issuer to get the 4-digit Expanded Use code. If PayPal receives a complaint from your card issuer that you called them to get the 4-digit code, PayPal will close your account permanently.

So, the first step to attempting to use a prepaid gift card on PayPal is to make sure the name and address (billing address) on your PayPal account matches the name and address on file with the gift card issuer. If you just purchased your prepaid gift card, call the card issuer and add your name and address to the card. If your information (name and address) has changed since you registered your card, call the card issuer or go online and update your information before you use the card on PayPal.

Once this is done, you just have to hope that PayPal is able to successfully verify your address with the gift card issuer. If they are able to verify your address, then you are all set. If they cannot verify your address with the card issuer, then you probably will not be able to use that gift card on PayPal.
